Curly Birds Nest in an Allure Pot

This plant creates an artistic seaweed like feature to any room.  The Asplenium Nidus or Curly Birds Nest fern is known for its flat, wavy or crinkly fronds.

LIGHT  Medium to low light.  Greater indirect light creates more crinkly fronds.  Ensure that it is kept out of direct light

CARE  Unlike most ferns this plant can tolerate being forgotten and allowed to dry out. Fertilise only two to three times a year with a half-strength fertiliser, ideally during summer and spring.

The Curly Bird's Nest can be mounted on a plank and affixed to a wall, similar to a staghorn.
