Copes with Fluorescent Light

by Suzi Tehan

Begonia Rex are best known for their ornamental leaves with crazy shapes and colours…even a metallic sheen.

An indoor plant they thrive with lots of light, though no direct sun. They are great in the bathroom, home or office and tolerate fluorescent light well.  Really they are a subtropical plant so hate the frost if placed outside.

Water, not too much, allow to dry out slightly between drinks. Liquid feed regularly. Begonia Rex will grow between 30-60 cm tall.
