LIGHT:  These plants thrive in medium light, even artificially lit rooms where other plants may fail.  Direct sunlight will burn the leaves.

WATERING:  While plants are actively growing keep well-watered but not soaked.  Water sparingly during the cooler months of the year.

NUTRIENT:  Apply liquid or slow-release fertilizer during the growing season but do not feed during the resting period, which is Winter.

TEMPERATURE & HUMIDITY:  Normal room temperature, no less than 10 degrees.  These plants do better in humid conditions so mist when the weather is hot and dry.

SIZE:  When well established these plants reach up to 90 cm in height and about 50 cm in width.

BOTANIC NAME:  Aglaonema Commutatum
